Traveling by Air:
Suppose you must travel by air to return to your home country or another destination. In that case, you will need to ask your doctor to certify a Fit for Travel Medical Certificate and a list of medications you will require abroad. The Fit for Travel Medical Certificate is only valid seven days from the issue date. Please ensure the following before making travel plans:
